I became disillusioned.
Having worked in the digital marketing industry for 20 years, I have seen the evolution first hand, and the rate of change is only accelerating. I founded Flight Performance because I became disillusioned with how the industry was staying ahead of that evolution.
The fragmentation of marketing teams, the archaic agency model, and the miss-aligned incentives it created.
Flight Performance was created to break down those silos, align incentives and keeps brands at the forefront of the ever changing landscape, investing heavily into ai, tech, data - enabling our team of world class growth marketers to navigate this change & deliver outsized business results for our clients.
